We are currently seeking a highly motivated, upbeat, organized and service-oriented person to join our bustling Bay Ridge Real Estate office!

Job Description: 

This is a floating, on-call position providing support to an office of 200+ real estate agents. As the first source of contact upon entering the office, the DFI (Director of First Impressions) is responsible for providing a high-energy, positive environment for both agents and clients. This position demands excellent communication skills and patience under pressure. Data entry and efficient organization skills required.


This Position Requires: 

  • A positive attitude and deep commitment to relationship building, follow-up and customer service. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor. 
  • Above average computer proficiency. 
  • Competence with computers, Internet, email, copiers, and multiple line phone system. 
  • An ability to be team player who enjoys working with and assisting others. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A take charge attitude, a reliable self-starter and independent worker. 
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.


Required Experience: 

  • 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • A  positive attitude, some administrative/reception experience and a flexible schedule for on-call, floating hours.
