We are seeking a stellar, well-organized, self motivated person to join a fun and professional real estate office. The right candidate for this position is looking for a ground floor opportunity to establish, implement and maintain systems to guarantee outstanding service to our clients. This full-time candidate should be excited about organizing all the steps in coordinating a home sale from photographs and marketing at the beginning of the sale to tracking and filing necessary paperwork at the close of the sale.

The right person will also have the desire to help build our team by contributing to both indirect and direct marketing responsibilities. 

We are seeking someone who enjoys people and excels at building relationships both in person and over the phone. Proficiency with computers and technology and possessing the ability to learn new applications quickly are also necessary qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction coordination and management to include initial contact with buyer or seller, listing documents, marketing proposals and execution, verification of offer documents, relationships with mortgage and title personal, document distribution, closing and follow-up with client.
  • Client appreciation. Build and maintain database, provide feedback and updates, ensure regular communication with past and current clients. 
  • Marketing. Plan, maintain and implement a marketing calendar to reach new clients, update existing clients on market trends, announce new listings and emphasize brand expertise.
  • Assist agent with client showings, property checks, marketing material delivery and lock box installations. Buyer agency responsibility is a possibility.


Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment that is dynamic with fluctuating priorities
  • Proficient in Office programs. Experience navigating the internet in social media channels and online programs
  • Real Estate Salesperson license or willingness to acquire a license with office assistance in attaining
  • College education preferred
  • Reliable transportation


Compensation

$30,000 - $40,000 annually - bonus possible
