BC Team is growing quickly in Michigan and we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant Property Manager to join our team! Your role is key to ensuring properties are managed properly with quality customer service as well as keeping the office running smoothly. Ideal candidates have a real estate license or have worked in real estate before, communicate and work well with others, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Establishes rental rates by surveying the local rental market.
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies. Accepts applications. Runs background and credit checks to establish if the applicant is qualified. Write up leases for approved applicants.
  • Managing property accounts by collecting rents, paying bills, distributing funds to owners, and communicating with tenants.
  • Accountable for tenant relations and coordinating property maintenance, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspect vacant units, and planning renovations.
  • Help all tenants to feel valued and cared for by implementing tenant retention programs.
  • Assist in office responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Real Estate license or has worked in real estate
  • Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Compensation
$15-$17 hourly
