  • We are the #1 home flipper in Long Island and are looking for an ambitious, driven, young person to assist our rehab manager in day to day tasks.
  • You will be learning the real estate business from the ground up.

  • Handle multiple projects at a time from start to finish, conduct daily site inspections, identify and resolve building and maintenance issues
  • Coordinate contractors, complete daily and weekly reports, communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and the associated town for permits and variances, writing scopes and putting together rehab packages


  • Teachable with a strong work ethic who is motivated by success and having a long-term, lucrative career 
  • Organized and possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to effectively work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Attend team meetings and additional trainings on a weekly basis

$26,000 - $30,000 (depending on experience)
