We are seeking a team player who is friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing, helpful, professional, fast and who loves social media. As the first impression of the office you are the face of the company, on the phone and in person. Exceptional customer service is a must, bilingual a plus.
- Answer and route phone calls from multiple phone lines.
- Receive, sort, distribute mail and phone messages.
- Post info and events to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies.
- Support the hospitality in office with coffee and lunch room setup up, office meetings and client comfort.
- Assist with listing management and support the leadership team as necessary.
- Must possess an outgoing and professional appearance and demeanor with positive energy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great phone etiquette.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with an eye for improving things.
- Willingness to take initiative and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and prior real estate related experience a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Publisher and Powerpoint is a must.
