Our small and committed real estate team is experiencing tremendous growth! We are looking for an exceptional administrative assistant who will manage the back end and operational side of our business so we can focus on sales and client care.

Our ideal candidate has worked within real estate, mortgage or title, knows the lingo and understands the basics of our industry; however, we'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency, and steadiness is expected and delivered. There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't be physically surrounded by a lot of people. You'll need to be comfortable with often working solo and in a more solitary environment.

Rather than telling you what to do each day, we'll expect that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come to us with ideas, platforms, and processes that will increase our efficiency and positively impact our bottom line. You'll be able to self-manage, act as our eyes and ears and function as our gatekeeper so we can work free of distractions. You’ll be a vital and valued member of the team!

In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms and has experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and a database/CRM. If you're a reliable team player who loves to crush their to-do list, we'd love to hear from you. There is an opportunity for growth and we seek someone who wants to be in it for the long haul. One day you could become our Chief Operating Officer, providing supervision, leadership, and accountability to others on the team.
Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the calendar and schedule, and all supporting activities for a very busy and driven Team Leader.
  • Manage and work all real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Manage and maintain our database/CRM.
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, expenses, and marketing.
  • Represent us professionally while communicating with clients, vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Real estate license a plus but not required.
  • Tech and digital savvy.
  • Professional in attitude, demeanor, and appearance.
  • Organized, reliable and consistent; maintains focus and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.


Compensation
$40,000 annual + Potential for bonuses
