We're hiring a part-time (4-5 days/week: 3-5 hrs/day) professional, friendly real estate/marketing administrative assistant. You'll be providing extraordinary marketing services, both online social media marketing and direct mail as well as utilizing our software programs including managing our CRM database.

Your primary job will be to handle all front office duties including all office checklists, serve as the first point of contact with all clients, and providing them excellent customer service

Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, and supporting the team as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed

  • Utilize the new knowledge acquired by training in our systems to help develop additional creative ads and post on various internet sites as well as on direct mail pieces

Qualifications
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

  • Administrative and preferably marketing experience is preferred (should have at least an interest in marketing for which we will train)
  • NO Real Estate license is required for this position

Compensation
$30,000 yearly
