Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help the team to achieve our organizational goals. This talented individual is forward-facing and will interact with clients, and has demonstrated acumen in learning cloud-based programs. Your role is key so that client service is delivered at an outstanding level, schedules are set, databases are up to date, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. You build rapport with clients and vendors and have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization.   • Serve as the main support person for Top Producing Realtor.
  • Work with clients in managing the details of the process to prep their homes for sale.
  • Set up home searches and execute analysis as needed for offer and listing preparation.
  • Visit client homes to execute tasks related to the purchase and sale of their homes.
  • Manage CRM and client concierge services.
  • Team Lead schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date.
  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive.
  • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.


  • A real estate license is not required but is a huge plus.
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, or experience performing supportive duties.
  • Excellent skill set with Microsoft Office.
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information.

$13-$17 hourly,DOE
