Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and excels in a team environment. - Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Buy materials for the office when necessary
- Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help maintain and grow existing accounts.
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
