We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for contract coordinating, responding to all concerns and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, detailed oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.   • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
About Sheila Pack Team

We are a busy real estate company looking for someone who is very attention to detail and a forward thinker. You will need to have computer skills. Also, we need someone who likes a challenge and is a problem solver. The hours are approximately 35-40 a week, with some flexibility. Also, needed half a day once a month on a Saturday.
