Administrative Assistant/Client Care Specialist needed for a top-ranking Residential Real Estate Team in the Williston, VT area. With the help of this individual, the agents on this team are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond!

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate, however, this is not a requirement. Candidates should have a proven track record of implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists." The ideal candidate will be self-directed, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.

  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business areas needing assistance.
  • Screening, directing, and answering phone calls; distributing correspondence.
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience.
  • Maintaining database management system(s).
  • Helping clients through the home buying and selling process via transaction coordination.
  • Position may include occasional courier tasks.


  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to clients and other team members in a timely manner.
  • 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented and customer-service oriented
  • Proficiency in working with Google Suite, MS Office, and project management software
  • THOROUGH. Must LOVE to-do lists.
  • Willing to own mistakes and meet problems headfirst.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve without supervision. 
  • Ability to think one step ahead and anticipate team and clients’ needs
  • Cultural fit: honest, empathetic, positive, avid learner, and driven.
  • Must be able to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker (willing to train the right person)
  • Real Estate License is a plus (but not a requirement)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Must have a vehicle for occasional courier tasks (mileage compensated)
  • Possess a CAN and WILL DO attitude; willing to do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell.
