Responsibilities
- Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts
- Coordinate the process for recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires
- Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all listing and transaction management
- Buy office equipment such as marketing materials, cards for important dates, and other office supplies and materials
- Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Able to learn new software programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Displays exceptional communication, time management, organization, and customer service skills
- This position requires some evening and weekend work
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Real estate license preferred
