We are in search of an administrative assistant for our top-ranking real estate team. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service.   • Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts
  • Coordinate the process for recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires
  • Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all listing and transaction management
  • Buy office equipment such as marketing materials, cards for important dates, and other office supplies and materials
  • Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Able to learn new software programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Displays exceptional communication, time management, organization, and customer service skills
  • This position requires some evening and weekend work
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Real estate license preferred
