Baltimore Washington Home Solutions of Keller Williams Legacy is looking for a Client Care Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity where you get to come alongside a team of agents who want to provide clients with the best home buying and selling experience. The client care coordinator role is designed to ensure our database is managed systematically, client's purchases and sales are executed smoothly, while also allowing our agents to focus on the sales and appointment setting portion of our business. We are seeking someone who’s a self-starter, a problem solver, committed to growth, has advanced interpersonal skills, and is technologically savvy. 

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Administration and/or Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures and enjoy connecting with clients on the phone and in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.


This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process
  • Be the first point of contact and resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process
  • Oversee the entire contract to close the process
  • Handle all compliance in regards to transactions and commissions
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in each transaction
  • Document all files in the designated processing systems
  • Obtain written reviews and testimonials for the team
  • Manage the team’s database and connect with contacts regularly
  • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents to ensure a smooth process
  • Maintain contact with friends, family, and acquaintances to support the sales business
  • Meet weekly with the team and Director of Operations
  • Keep all company systems updated

Salary Range is: $50k-$55k
