Looking for immediate administrative assistant who is highly-organized, patient and detail-oriented for top producing real estate agent. Real estate experience not required but a plus. Must be tech saavy and have good understanding of Google programs, G-Suites, Microsoft Outlook and kvCORE. Primary initial duties include organization and setting up and maintaining systems, databases and CRM. Other administrative duties will include light bookkeeping, managing vendors and projects on homes for sale, setting up buyer appointments, organizing marketing for community events and promotions. Must not mind casual pet-friendly office environment. Paid hourly, part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week. 


  • Organize desk and office
  • Manage systems for follow-up and emails
  • Organizing database and set up CRM (KVCore)
  • Input financial and rental information in Quicken


Must be:

  • Organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Tech savvy and know Microsoft and Google programs
  • Good communication skills

$15 - $20 hourly
