Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring our clients have a seamless experience, with punctual contact and follow up, managing systems, setting and keeping schedules, and databases and operations manuals organized and up-to-date. Responsibilities

  • Manage all systems for seller and buyer clients, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up and all office administration
  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact to close
  • Organize all materials and documentation for property listings
  • Coordinate with sellers for all home photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities. 
  • Organize showings and all public open houses
  • Schedule buyer home inspection and repairs
  • Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, and any other business supplies

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
Compensation
$16 - $18 hourly
