We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as the gatekeeper and task coordinator for top-level executives. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, following up with clients and the internal team, and assisting in marketing our brand online and at events. Responsibilities

  • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos to coordinate and relay relevant information to streamline our processes
  • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
  • Plan meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
  • Maintain digital filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Produce progress reports and present them to the team on a regular basis
  • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as one-time projects, and other personal assistant tasks

Qualifications
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude

Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
