Remote Administrative Assistant

The ideal Administrative Assistant will have excellent English & Spanish Skills (written and oral), ample executive assistant experience, stellar communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. - Direct email management tasks including writing, proofreading, and sending emails - update contact lists as needed
- Perform additional administrative tasks such as online research, light bookkeeping, and data entry as requested
- Answer, screen, and return phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage calendar tasks such as scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and confirmation of meetings
- Organize and post to social media accounts, and perform simple website changes, such as updating FAQs on Wordpress sites, blogs, or other platforms
- Book and confirm accommodations, logistics, and travel arrangements as needed
- Productive in a home office/ virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite is needed
- Superb customer service, time-management, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal skills, are important
- Advanced computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is desired
- Produce consistent, high-quality work with little to no supervision on a variety of projects
- Previous experience (1-2 years) as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant, or office assistant is required
