We're hiring a FULL-TIME Administrator Assistant. We are looking for a diligent and self-motivated employee for this role. You will be answering incoming calls, setting appointments, and making follow-up calls (30-50 a day) to our large lead database. You will need to be detail orientated when inputting data into our CMR database. We require good communication skills when interacting with our Sales Team and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize scripts to answer phones and follow-up calls
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information
  • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Setting sales appointments
  • Follow-up calls
  • Entering and updating data in the CRM
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Agents with some administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
  • A minimum of 1-year customer support or comparable experience is highly preferred
  • Strong multi-tasking and task prioritization skills are required
  • Speaks fluent and clear English
  • Must pass a CORI check
  • College Degree preferred

Compensation
$22 - $25 hourly
