The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the commercial agents with various processes ensuring we are able to focus on sales to drive business revenue. This team member should elevate the opportunity of the commercial team through administrative excellence as a key support player. In addition, this candidate must also be able to handle general tasks typical of an assistant to an executive team. Ideally, this is a long-term hire that will grow with the company.

This candidate should be known for administrative excellence with a personable touch. While this position is primarily administrative, there will be touch-points with executive-level internal and external stakeholders with which the candidate should be comfortable corresponding. This person has a high attention to detail, drive to accomplish tasks, is able to follow systems, and has basic skills with Google Suites. This individual has poise and polish in their correspondence verbally or written and maintains a high level of professionalism. This person must also be highly responsive and reliable in delivering and communicating progress on task completion to drive collaboration and project momentum.

  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements

  • Assist commercial real estate agents with administrative responsibilities during sales process to include correspondence with clients and CRM updates. There will be phases of the sales process you are expected to own directly
  • Manage inbox for Founding Agent to ensure clients are promptly updated and act as a fail-safe for agent against missed action items
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel as necessary

  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs

  • Experience with CRMs and Google Suite/Workspace
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
