We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support to our CFO and SVP of Corporate Accounting. You’ll be responsible for responding to questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities

  • Supports overall administrative duties in support of the CFO and SVP of Corporate Accounting
  • Acts as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Manages various weekly reports
  • Managers expenses reporting and systems
  • Attends weekly calls and distributes agendas and meeting minutes
  • Scheduling and correspondents
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal person for this position will have:

  • A great personality, representative of the hospitality industry
  • Be driven and proactive
  • Be adaptable
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong administrative background with extensive use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Outlook
