Audio Video Installation Company in Orange County is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Team.

This person will be responsible for many tasks throughout the day and will be working directly under the owner to help accomplish the creating of new bids, ordering client products, and making sure the phones are answered and prospective and current clients are handled with care.

  • This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm

  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Office
  • We use Apple products in the office so knowledge of MAC is a must

$18 - $20 hourly

Experience Audio Video is a family-run business since 1999. We started small but have grown larger and larger each year as the need/desire for Home Automation and Smart Homes increases. We are a TEAM and only Team Players need to apply.

Experience Audio Video is not a "get in - get out" company. What makes us different is that we are very customer service oriented. The owner will answer phone calls on weekends and holidays if need be to make sure the customer is well taken care of. The owner is very laid back and Type-A all at the same time. He has a fun and sarcastic sense of humor but expects hard work and a good attitude at the same time.
