We’re looking for an in office, highly organized Assistant who can help us improve our productivity and support our team. Your responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, basic accounting and reporting tasks, organizing and supporting owners’ schedules, and performing additional tasks as assigned. We are looking for someone with excellent time management and communication skills, who thrives in a constantly changing and flexible work environment, and physically be in the office daily.   • Schedule meetings, create notes, track changes and distribute meeting minutes
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay relevant information to streamline processes
  • Support business practices utilizing internal and external systems
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail, package delivery, and order pick-up as needed
  • Prepare meeting spaces and greet guests, creating a welcoming environment
  • Support owners’ daily professional and personal schedules, arrange travel accommodations, flights, and transportation


  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience
  • Excellent time management skills, as well as both written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite; Quickbooks experience a plus
  • Current Oklahoma Notary Public Officiate commission or ability to obtain

$32,000 - $40,000 yearly

The home may require too many repairs, the seller may need cash fast, the home may be unwanted after a family member passed away, divorce, upcoming foreclosure, or even just horrible tenants. We have a number of local investors we work with, but many of the homes we keep as rentals or rehab and resell.
