Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office and sales floor needs.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general support to clients
- Assist sales associates with administrative tasks
- Social media posts and email marketing
- Assist in the management and ordering of merchandise
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office and store supplies
- Provide general support and assistance as required by the owner
- High school diploma or equivalent.
