We are searching for a motivated self-starter to aid and support our Office Manager in helping stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on advanced responsibilities. The ideal candidate portrays great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task effectively, and is consistently punctual.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Phones and Interact with potential customers
  • Schedule and Coordinate Staff
  • Prepare Invoices and other correspondence
  • Create and Maintain filing systems
  • Manage Customer Accounts
  • Manage Shop Inventory
  • Maintain basic upkeep of facilities

Qualifications

Qualifications preferred, but not required:

  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Insurance

Compensation
$15 Hour
