We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing the front desk of a luxury real estate brokerage in Midtown Manhattan. You will be receiving outside calls, greeting guests, monitoring visitor activity, event coordination, onboarding real estate agents, building security, ordering supplies, organizing and keeping records of sales and rental transactions, and more. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to assist real estate agents with administrative and marketing tasks. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have expert knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro, as well as knowledge of customer relationship management systems, in general. Candidates must have a working knowledge of the New York City real estate industry and be able to provide superb customer service. Hours are M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM. Pay is commensurate with experience.
