We're hiring an energetic, organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining office checklists for buyers and sellers, answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, and set appointments for agents. You’ll also support the team by assisting with the marketing the company through social and print media. Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Manage Client Care Checklists
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Team and Solution Oriented
  • Must be Dependable
  • Friendly with excellent communication skills
  • Willing to learn new tasks and take on challenges
  • Able to work full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm, in our Monona office

Qualifications
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Valid Driver's License is required

Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
