The ideal candidate will have experience in administration. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities 
  • Oversee all files and marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers
  • Work with all preferred vendors
  • Shall send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email

Qualifications

  • Will train, but we prefer one plus years in a small office environment
  • Must have knowledge and basic understanding of QuickBooks
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$12 per hour to start

Over the years we have grown to be one of the Houston areas top providers of custom t-shirt design and printing, promotional products, custom clothing of all types including screen printing and embroidery. Houston sports teams, companies and organizations have used our T shirt design services for decades!
