Property Management is looking for a motivated, detail oriented entry level Administrative Clerk who is able to take initiative! This ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain calm under pressure. 



Responsibilities

  • Work directly with management
  • Utilize company software to maintain accurate data
  • Assist manager with daily tasks including but not limited to:
  • data entry, faxing, filing and pulling and updating reports as needed
  • General administrative functions

Qualifications

  • Skills / Education / Experience Requirements:
  • Microsoft Software knowledge a MUST! (Word-Excel-Office)
  • Multi-Tasking is a MUST!
  • Phone/Communication skills
  • Property Management or Real Estate knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize information when making decisions
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully while accomplishing goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation
