Residential Remodeling and Construction Company is looking for a full-time motivated, detail oriented, administrative assistant who is able to take initiative, be super organized, and can handle the details! Immediate opening! The ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Work directly with management and contractors
  • Utilize company software and spreadsheets to maintain accurate property/investor information
  • Assist managers with daily tasks and communications
  • Process invoices and payroll within the department and deliver to accounting for payments
  • General administrative functions


  • Microsoft Software is a MUST! Are you a Word, Excel, Office wiz?
  • Google- Docs, Sheets, Drive
  • Must have high attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
  • Communication skills and EXCELLENT GRAMMAR
  • Typing 30+ WPM with accuracy
  • Property Management, Real Estate, Construction industry knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize information when making decisions
  • 3+ years of Admin/Office experience preferred
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Must have high attention to detail and the ability to follow directions 

$12 - $14 hourly
