We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service and support. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and supporting our sales team members, operations manager, and marketing manager. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. Experience in the real estate industry (real estate sales, lending, or escrow) is strongly preferred.   • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain tracking systems for lockboxes and keys, transaction forms, and ingoing and outgoing referrals
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Support marketing manager and operations manager with transaction management and marketing listing
  • Coordinate inspections and staging on listings
  • Answer phones and monitor email

  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred

  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft (including Word and Excel), Google, CRMs, and online file organization with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Some experience in and knowledge of the real estate industry is highly preferred
  • You must be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service, great phone skills, and administrative experience is a must
  • Careful attention to detail

$50,000+ (depending on experience)
