Bookkeeper Assistant (Trainee with office experience is ok) No Bookkeeping Experience Required

We are looking for a (you may have the skills but not a lot of experience) Assistant Bookkeeper to record including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as posting information to our software. A background in a fast-paced office setting is strongly preferred.

The candidate must be a strong team player, detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-disciplined with a great personality. Let's have fun while we work. We offer Health Reimbursement benefits of $275 per month without Tax


  • Review and verify entries as well as make and process entries for accounts payable, rents, fees, and set up
  • Correct errors made by others
  • Prepare all vendor payments both by check and E payment
  • Prepare trial bank reconciliations
  • Oversee collections
  • Maintain files
  • Help team members as needed
  • Learn as you go


  • Bookkeeping experience helpful but not required
  • Strong ability to multi-task Required
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Require
  • Property Management experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Possess great organizational skills and has a desire to be part of a true TEAM environment
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
  • Must be able to pass a FULL background check
  • This is a team experience

$15 - $17 hourly
