We're looking for a professional, friendly Administrative Assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include telephone duties, ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by following office protocols, scheduling important appointments, and making travel arrangements.   • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Purchase office equipment when appropriate
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel

  • Assist in the management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
  • Maintain office supplies, electronic and paper filing systems, client database reports
  • Assist the Operations team with clerical data entry and preparing reports

  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and strong organization skills required
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite is preferred

$12 - $15 an hour
