We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Professional or Legal Experience required. Responsibilities include filing, scanning, processing mail, processing incoming emails, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, monitoring work to ensure accurate and timely completion, preparing weekly reports for company owner, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. As time permits, you will also answer phone calls quickly and kindly. Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel

  • Scanning, filing and processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Review and process incoming emails to general mailbox

Qualifications
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$14 - $18 yearly
