Responsibilities include filing, scanning, processing mail, processing incoming emails, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, monitoring work to ensure accurate and timely completion, preparing weekly reports for company owner, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. As time permits, you will also answer phone calls quickly and kindly.
