The Administrative Assistant for our small Real Estate team will oversee the daily functioning of the office. Duties will include answering client phone calls, preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence, ordering supplies, mailing newletters and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems and entering and updating information on the MLS. Will work in a positive and communicative work environment.


  • Prepare Buyer and Seller RE Documents - Command, Docusign and Microsoft Word
  • Past Client and Prospect Correspondence
  • Maintain and update past client mailing list
  • Order Supplies
  • Order Client Gifts
  • Create a mailing list for target neighborhoods
  • Maintain Electronic and paper files
  • Installation of yard signs
  • Other tasks as assigned

$13 - $20 hourly
