The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.

- Provide customer service to our customers
- Reach out to agents to find solutions and handle issues that need to be addressed
- Work with the title company as a secondary liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
- Continue your professional growth by participating in company-provided training sessions
- Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
- Consistently understands the core issues at play, enabling him/her to solve problems at a remarkable pace
- Always looking to learn new things
- Explains tough issues in a way that is clear to the rest of the team
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
- Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
$12 - $18 hourly
