Our Real Estate company is searching for a dedicated administrative assistant to become an integral part of our growing team. You will be the go-to person, perform several different duties and office support responsibilities and help calm the chaos. This position will execute on marketing our brand through social media, writing letters, making website posts, and more. In addition, you will be responsible for managing paperwork in a timely manner, organize systems, organize paperless filing systems, input property, and client data, scheduling appointments, and providing superb customer service.
Applicants should be extremely detail-oriented, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. And if you have great ideas on how we can make improvements, we would love that too. Candidates must be proficient with Mac OS, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. This position is in our office in the Mosaic District.
