- Make and dispense status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports and provide insight on any challenges or issues
- Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials
- Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all listing and transaction management
- Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts
- Establish and maintain all systems for buyers, sellers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Possess or currently working toward a real estate license
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Numbers, Pages, Keynote as well as a basic understanding of Google Drive and other creative web-based applications
$25,000 - $36,000 yearly
