We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing company standards to streamline our processes, scheduling and/or attending appointments, and managing email. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.

You will be trained on a lot of different things including the inner workings of on and off-market real estate transactions with a heavy focus on the investment side of real estate, working with the closing attorneys, working with buyers and sellers, and much more. You will learn a tremendous amount in a short period of time and in time you will have a better grasp on the ins and outs of various kinds of real estate deals than most realtors. This position will offer growth over time as we are currently scaling as a business.

  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Assist Owner in Day-To-Day Operations
  • Picking Up Office Mail
  • Scanning Documents (Receipts/Invoices, etc.)
  • Taking Pictures of Property
  • Local Business Errands (Dropping Keys off to the Seller, Getting Documents Signed)
  • Phone Calls with Vendors and Partners
  • Gather Data from County Clerk's Office
  • Sourcing and Ordering Stationery, Office Equipment, and Intermediate Store Runs
  • Managing Ad Hoc Projects
  • Drive around neighborhoods for 10 hours a week


  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection
  • Personal Computer or Laptop
  • Smartphone with a Good Camera and a good data plan
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have dependable transportation
