Administrative Assistant with Focus on Marketing and Client Retention
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant that will be solely responsible for marketing coordination, event planning, gifting, and the team leads schedule. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects as well as juggling some basic office duties. Responsibilities
1. Team Lead Support:
- Manage TL’s emails
- Help TL schedule time-blocking activities
- Keep TL on track with calls and schedule
- Generate Call lists for Team Lead
2. Client gifting and Appreciation/Marketing:
- Thank you notes and appreciation gifting
- Birthday Program
- Manage gifting
- Be the director of first impressions
3. Manage database:
- Update our database on the first of each month with closed loans from the previous month
- Mail, Letter of the Heart, and Evidence of Success to the database
- 30-60-90 day calls for all closed loans
- Print list daily for leader to complete theme day calls
- Fill Happy Hours and Lunch & Learns
- Schedule, plan, and execute monthly Happy Hours
- Set up and fill events as required

Compensation
$36,000 to $42,000 yearly
