We are a rapidly growing real estate company in need of someone with great customer service that enjoys being on the phone. In this position, you will answer inbound phone calls and make follow-up calls to previous clients that we have spoken to or not been able to get a hold of. This position will spend a lot of their time on the phone so you must love talking to people and have a great attitude.

If you've been in the customer service field and really enjoyed it, this is the job for you. This is a work-from-home position, you just need a good computer and reliable internet connection.

No experience is needed. If you're the right person, we can train you in everything you need.

Responsibilities

  • The number one priority of this position will be to take inbound phone calls. You will be taking up to 100 calls per week so you need to be available from 9am-6pm
  • Manage leads in the CRM
  • Schedule appointments for the acquisition manager

Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with the callers
  • Can work from home
  • Learn quickly and take constructive criticism
  • Must have own phone and computer
  • Must know the Cincinnati and Northern KY area or be willing to learn it
