We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable and efficient. This is a fast-paced environment and this role requires someone who is able to multi-task, who is computer literate, and has marketing knowledge. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents, maintaining the database, providing support to the team leader in any area that is needed, providing support for the team, completing and updating documents as required, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is highly detail-oriented, and open to doing any tasks requested by the team leader in a timely manner.
