We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable and efficient. This is a fast-paced environment and this role requires someone who is able to multi-task, who is computer literate, and has marketing knowledge. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents, maintaining the database, providing support to the team leader in any area that is needed, providing support for the team, completing and updating documents as required, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is highly detail-oriented, and open to doing any tasks requested by the team leader in a timely manner.   • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings

  • Does any additional duties as requested by the team leader.

  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
$31,200 - $41,600 yearly
