The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking a Listing/Closing Coordinator who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.

Our Listing/Closing Coordinator will have excellent communication skills and an exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office and internet skills required. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, and joyfully serve others. Responsibilities
  • Keep homeowners up to date about their showings and any feedback that is received
  • Review all documents to verify correct signatures and dates
  • Help build and maintain database
  • Interface with homeowners to help them complete and sign listing contracts
  • Manage all MLS listings
  • Produce sales activity and business tracking reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Manage contract to close process
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients
  • Work with the title company as a liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and managing shifting responsibilities
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
