Well known and respected real estate team is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in Camp Hill, PA. Looking for an outgoing professional, who is computer-savvy, resourceful, likes job variety and a mix of working environments. 

This position is temporary with flexible hours and only one direct report to start. There is an opportunity become permanent and increase duties. If you have a positive attitude, an "all hands on deck" mentality, enjoy being part of a team and want to make an impact; this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive communications via email, text and phone.
  • Support client contact communications.
  • Print and sort documents for informational brochures.
  • Maintain new home community property availability spreadsheets.
  • Run various errands, from hand delivering documents to picking up office supplies.
  • Assist with clerical duties and handle special projects.
  • Odd jobs (i.e. putting together resource binders).
  • Research and reporting on a variety of topics.
  • General filing and office organization.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 Year experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to convert docs to pdf
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (email, calendar, drive, sheets, etc)
  • Driver's license
  • Real estate license a plus
Compensation
$12 - $17/ hour
