We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptionally professional manner.

- Provide world-class customer service to our client base and vendors to achieve improved brand recognition
- Keep up with all systems pertaining to business operations including customer data and back office support to keep the team productive
- Build, edit and circulate monthly reports to keep the entire team informed of company results
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills
- Facilitate website upkeep and manage social media presence to create a better following
- Be the point of contact for our customers to help them quickly find solutions
- Answer Incoming Calls and Online Inquires, as well as being the face of the Company when clients and Agents walk through the front door.
- Willing to work some evenings and weekends
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service or administrative experience in the industry is preferred
- Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
- Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
