We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, social media/marketing knowledge, and an understanding of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration

  • Create social media posts and content plans to drive engagement and promote brand awareness
  • Draft and verify commission statements prior to closing
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED

  • Impeccable attention to detail. 
  • Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Proficient with all applications within the Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly

Prefer

  • Experience in customer service and/or transaction coordination
  • Experience with FlexMLS, Docusign, and/or Command

Compensation
$37,000+ DOE

Note: Compensation is a base pay of $31,000- $35,000 depending on experience with opportunities for bonus/profit share.
