Forward-thinking, progressive Real Estate Agents/Investors are seeking a highly motivated, talented individual to work alongside them. This person is deeply committed to top-notch customer service (serving the client, as well as the Company’s agent), exemplifying the 3 C’s: Care, Commitment, and Communication. The Assistant always looks to go “above and beyond” for our clients and their agent to make sure that they have a smooth and enjoyable home selling experience.

The right candidate will have a strong desire to grow their business, take pressure off both employers and help to make their business scalable.


  • Database clean up and management
  • Database marketing- this person will manage the process, work with both employers to create content, and track the return on investment (ROI)
  • Management of the employers helping them make 15 calls a day each to their past clients, current clients, friends, and family
  • Will help draft letters of intent/offers for a few businesses
  • Will handle the purchase and delivery of client gifts
  • Follow up on daily tasks for all clients using a checklist
  • Will handle all feedback for current clients/listings
  • Will handle the creation and mailing of letters for current buyers looking for homes in certain areas
  • We will run our daily standup to make sure all within the team are tracking clients
  • Will run all Monday meetings to keep the team on track
  • Make sure pending deals are on track 
  • Set up showings for Buyers
  • Submit new pending and new listing forms to the Team to process
  • Make sure calendar invites are correct and manage both employer's calendars
  • Manage Trello system and continue to make it better
  • Reply to and manage employers' emails systems
  • Meet contractors or inspectors at properties to let them in if necessary
  • Social media posts (create and manage employers stories)
  • Social media posts daily for listings, closings, client anniversaries, etc
  • Testimonial tracking and contest creation and management
  • This person will hold the employers responsible for reporting their numbers daily and documenting them
  • This person will update spreadsheets daily keeping track of their current clients
  • Will handle many random projects and do’s daily
  • Direct mail to current, past, and prospective clients
  • Client quarterly events- help us plan and execute
  • RSP mailers- manage this marketing that goes out quarterly 
  • Help employers stay on track for video blogs by meeting once a week to do videos and pre-plan content. Hold employers accountable to finishing the content
  • Help with writing articles for various publications



  • Must be willing to work off-hours and weekends at times; however, hours will mostly be from 8:30-5 pm
  • Fabulous writing skills required
  • Real Estate License a plus (but not a requirement)
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and customer-service oriented
  • Must have proficiency in working with email, Trello, and other project management systems
  • Social media experience and tech-savviness needed
  • “Can-do” attitude
  • THOROUGH. Must LOVE to-do lists


  • Salary - $50,000-$60,000
  • Bonus potential
