We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our top-ranking coaching department. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond” and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level; also someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team service clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary.

The right candidate will relish the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Deep commitment to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must. Candidates may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain protocols for data management and support to increase team productivity
  • Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media to improve company recognition
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills
  • Create marketing materials online and in print to draw attention to the brand
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities to promote our business
  • System development, implementation, documentation and management
  • On-boarding new agents into coaching program
  • Creates and systematizes email campaigns 
  • Drives agents to the systems and tools set-up by the coach
  • Tracks data and prepares reports by collecting and analyzing data
  • Assist with training calendar and classes 
  • Manages CRM and technology thru Command 



Qualifications
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
Compensation
$10 - $15 hourly
