We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Perform general office duties include answering phones in a polite, professional manner
  • Send cards for upcoming milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, and so on)
  • Assist with marketing including social media, videos, preparation of all listing and open house flyers, graphics, signage, and all other marketing materials
  • Assist with managing properties (initial research, tasks on multiple computer platforms, property inspections using company vehicle, reimbursements)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping responsibilities as assigned
  • Communicate professionally and provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
  • Run errands, perform filing, copying, mailings and other support / administrative duties and generally supporting the leadership team
  • Assist with management and coordination of various HR processes/procedures including (but not limited to) new buyer agents paperwork and distribution of checklists

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred

  • Professional administrative or supervisory work experience is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
  • Demonstrated understanding and proficiency of PC platform and Windows OS including proficient use of Chrome as well as G-Suite products including G-mail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and G-Drive
  • Proficiency in and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general internet skills
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Flexible in daily routine; open to new ideas and systems; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Must have a reliable, well-maintained vehicle for occasional errands
  • Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team

Compensation
$25,000 - $30,000
