This position consists of answering the phone, greeting customers, and general administrative tasks. We are looking for a person with a positive, friendly, and outgoing personality with a willingness to help people. There are opportunities to grow from within the company.

Training will take place in the Realty Group offices. This position would primarily be located in Apple Valley, MN.

• Greet agents, clients, and customers
• Prep conference rooms for meetings
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate departments
• Follow through with emails and text messages 
• Support agents with one on one training
• Manage office supplies and plan monthly gatherings
• Submit check deposits on a daily basis
• Implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• First point of contact for questions and concerns from agents and customers in a timely manner
• Willing to grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill sets in related duties
• Attend events with our customer base

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Able to thrive in a team environment but also work independently
• Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Comfortable on social media
• Google Suite experience, is a plus. Technology savvy
• Customer service experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• 1-2 years of office experience, required
• Able to type 40 words per minute, required
• Must own a reliable vehicle as you may be traveling to RG locations for work
• Must be willing to travel to our other locations for training and events
