We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant, better known as the Director of Everything, to join our growing team.

We are breaking the mold of the real estate industry and we need your help! Your mission, should you accept, will be challenging and rewarding! Lots of problem-solving needed and a variety of tasks will need to be accomplished on the daily but if you are experienced we want to give you full autonomy to get the job done in the way you want!

You'll need to complete and file appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You will also be what we call an email fanatic. This means you will ensure that the tasks associated with the team emails are covered. Lots of those hitting us these days! You’ll also work with the team to help out, manage and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
Compensation
$60,000
